Ingrediant
Bun Flour 500g
Castor Sugar 100g
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Instant Yeast 7g
Oat 150g
Shortening 25g
Water 1 cup
Method
- Pour in the instant yeast into the water, let it "rest" for 20-30 minutes.
- Sieve the bun flour together with the baking powder.
- Add in the sugar, oat and shortening into the flour mixture, mix well.
- Add in the instant yeast water into the mixture and knead it until soft and smooth.
- Let it "rest" for 2 hours or until it is doubled the size.
- After 2 hours, divide and knead into any shapes you want.
- Again let it "rest" for 45 minutes or until it is doubled the size.
- Steam for 10 minutes at medium heat.
